  • Maintain ownership and funding of your store accounts, including paying any marketplace platform fees, subscription costs, or inventory costs on time.

  • Cooperate in a timely manner regarding store verifications or compliance requests from third-party marketplaces.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, strategies, graphics, and logos displayed on this website or provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of Vortex Commerce or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
